Found in a drift sample from San Marcos Artesian Well on Texas State University. Collected on November 2, 2015. Maximum dimension is 0.55 mm. Note the unique UFO-like profile, which is reflected in the genus name.

This observation is a first for me in an interesting way. It is a species that I helped find and describe, and now I'm able to post the first observation of it. :-)

To-date, this species is only known from the type locality, which is the San Marcos Artesian Well.
