Description

The mule fat was observed in a canyon riparian area. Galls of eriophyid mite was found on some of the leaves. The were also many aphids at the end of the stems.

Description

The sage seemed completely dry, but when one crushes a few leaves the scent is still as fragrant as it would be in summer.
