This year, we saw the emergence at the river. Flying in a stream of millions of mayflies. Like a river above the river. Some came ashore to "dance" as the sunset. Flying upward, floating downward. We didn't see fish feeding, nor did birds pick them off the house. Ants dragged the dead ones away.
