Several Spiranthes growing in a gravel pit on the Ottawa National Forest. The ones in this observation had fading cream-colored flowers, perianth 5-6 mm, and lip with a yellowish center. Capitate-glandular hairs. The lateral sepals were too withered for me to say if they were cupped or not. Pace & Cameron (2017) suggest we don't have true S. cernua in the Upper Peninsula.
