Red-winged Blackbird (Agelaius phoeniceus) - Juvenile

This juvenile Red-winged Blackbird was perched on the small fishing pier at the lake and called out to its mother who was nearby. This juvenile Red-winged Blackbird was one of two in the surviving brood. They clearly were born and raised at North Lakes Park.
