Abundant. Corticolous on silver beech (Lophozonia menziesii). Photobiont green. Medulla white. Thallus shown in dry and wet states. Thallus underside mostly white without cyphellae or pseudocyphellae, smooth with occasional cephalodia 'lumps'; upper thallus grey when dry, green when wet, smooth except for occasional cephalodia, and numerous orange-red apothecia aggregated toward thallus centre; otherwise devoid of soredia, isidia, phyllidia or maculae.
