Shape and color suggest Oulema variabilis. However, the resolution of this photo is not sharp enough to show the texture of the elytra. Picture 2 shows size relative to the size of one of the leaves of one of the many vines (e.g., tievines, honey vine climbing milkweeds) found in this area. I found a similar looking beetle in this same area in April 2020. That specimen was identifed as O. variabilis in part due to the orange legs. A careful look at this photo shows the upper part of the leg to orange although the color is faint. There are no iNat- reported observations of this species in Tarrant County although there are scattered observations in nearby counties. @entomike @borisb
