Description

Stems villous and paler than leaves, simple or branching. Basal leaves oblanceolate, long petioled. Leaves can be dissected or lobed, serrated most notably on proximal side. Cauline leaves smaller, ascending and overlapping. Lanceolate to sagitate, sessile and often auricalate. Dense terminal heads of flowers extends into racemes. Flowers white, 4-lobed. Fruits a typical disk-like silicle.
