On dogs dung.
Apothecia are under 2mm in diameter (later grown to 2.6mm), yellow-green.
Asci 8-spored.
Ascospores measure in H2O

Q = (1.6) 1.7 - 1.9 ; N = 21
Me = 13.8 × 7.7 µm ; Qe = 1.8
