There are 8 trails on 81 acres of woodland that border the Saco River. It features undisturbed forest, shoreline wetlands, uniques steep sided streams and rich diversity of plant species. It got its' name from the deep, bedrock walls along the Saco River—cool enough in summer for Indians to store their food.
