Estimated 300+ crows swarmed outside my living room window, here in the Tenderloin. This large group settled on a building rooftop and cell tower/fake tree. They flew around and landed several times in the same spot before eventually continuing their flight downtown.
It is thought that the large group of crows formed to intimidate the blimp that was looming overhead for the Giants game.

This grew in as potted plant, it sprouted very quickly on the side of a small palm plant. Tiny white flowers, thin stalks, oval, glossy dark green leaves. I don't know if it's part of the Palm or not.

This grew randomly in a potted plant. I transferred it to its own pot, don't know what it is. It has all purple flowers, green leaves are delicate.
