Description

Found in an oak forest. Found on a rock covering an area of 1 yard by 1.5 yard. Found while raining. Directed at the black lichen identification, but also interested in the orange wondering if that is also a lichen considering it changed color slightly when rain came in contact with the orange.

Description

1-4 inches in diameter for the brown lichen. Approximately 4 millimeters in length for the black dots. No others found. Found in a meadow under a Black Oak on a fallen Black Oak branch.
