Description

Found an antlion house in the ground and dug it up to view the insect. After observing and cataloging information about the antlion we returned him to his home. Large, fuzzy body with a tiny head that mainly had giant pinchers.

Many pacific tree frogs (or chorus frogs) found in the grassy wetlands of the Pepperwood Preserve. Not all are green, many brown/tan but all have black bands through the eyes and small circular toes.
