Description

it was under a rock, on the side of the trail, nest to some fallen trees. In the forest area. they were carring white things , not sure what it was.

Description

I caught a fly like bug in a grass land. I noticed it was walking back and forth and would jump. I only found one in that area. it also had moose horn shaped like wings, a pointed bottom. It was a yellow color with black spots and green eyes. It was about 1cm long and had tiny hairs on its head and thorax.

Description

I saw a white/tannish praying mantis in a dry grass land. This praying mantis had a dark spot located on its inner part of its arms, one per arm. It was about 1.5 inches long. it must have been a juvenile because I also saw another praying mantis that was the same color but a bit darker in color. It was approximately 3 inches long.

Description

I saw an orange/yellow flower with six folded spotted petals. the petals are 1/2" tall, a diameter of 3" and its stamens are 1.5" tall. It was located in a moist wet area with about 5 more in its area.
