6 Above the old Beaver Dam making Redds

3 more balow the old Beaver Dam.

A couple new fish and many old dark fish.

5 tried to get over the Hemplill dam and NONE made it

At least 10 salmon below the Hemphill Dam. 4 more below that.

2 new Redds: one right of old one below Hwmphill Dam and one below the old Redd to the left (looking upstream)

The Beaver Dam is washed out.

1 new Redd above old Beaver Dam backwater and one just above the old Beaver Dam.

Salmon spotted all along the river down to the Beaver Dam, at least 6.

6 More salmon just above the Beaver Dam

2 Steehhead, one above the old Beaver Dam and 1 below the Beaver Dam. Both 30" range

2 more salmon below the Beaver Dam

Description

3 Salmon below the Hemphill Dam pool. 2 Males and one female building a 3' high by 5' wide Redd.

2 Salmon (M&F) in the next riffle down building a Redd

A Redd at the head of the Beaver Dam backup.

2 More salmon below that area traveling upstream.

6 Salmon in a pod 20 yards up from the Beaver Dam. Cavorting I believe.

Then another pair 10 yards up from the beaver dam.

Finally a Redd in the 2nd riffle below the Beaver Dam

The diversion boards have been removed from the Hemphill Dam and a channel is in place on the north side of the Dam. See photos attached.
