Surprised to see chestnut as suggested species. Thought it was an elm of some type. All leaves are from same tree on same day. Didn’t observe any chestnut hulls nearby.

Leaves morph from a traditional ash like leaf to a pointy lobed leaf to a leaf that look more like a fern frond than a tree leaf. A few Tiny red berries observed. Trunk has a reddish hue. Tree no doubt came from a nursery since it is located in landscaped area in city.
